Daily Duties:

* Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models and technical drawings
* Support project delivery from early design through to construction stages
* Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity
* Prepare technical documentation, schedules, and specifications
* Maintain project standards, QA processes, and BIM protocols
* Solve technical challenges and contribute to design reviews
* Ensure compliance with current building regulations and construction standards

Ideal Candidate:

* Overall several years of post-qualification experience in an architectural practice
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination
* Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
* Capable of managing workload independently while contributing to a team
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Detail-driven, organised, and proactive in problem-solving
* Passionate about sustainable and people-centred design
