You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of around 30, using your strong knowledge of Revit and BIM standards to develop precise technical drawings and construction documentation. Your problem-solving mindset and attention to detail will help ensure each project runs smoothly, from concept through to completion.Key Responsibilities of this Architectural Technician Role
- Delivering detailed BIM/Revit technical drawings for educational projects.
- Collaborating with architects and other technicians in a fun and dynamic studio environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all delivery codes and standards.
- Engaging in technical discussions and problem-solving to overcome project challenges.
- Playing an active role in project delivery, ensuring designs are brought to life within agreed timeframes and budgets.
What We’re Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience working as an Architectural Technician on education projects (schools, universities).
- Proficiency in Revit and thorough understanding of BIM processes.
- Strong communication skills, both with the internal team and external stakeholders.
