Architectural Technician
Location: Worthing
Salary: GBP34,000 to GBP38,000 DOE

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its contemporary and dynamic studio in Worthing. Role & Responsibilities

* Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential and mixed-use schemes
* Prepare detailed drawing packages across various RIBA stages
* Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details
* Assist with building regulations submissions and ensure technical compliance
* Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to deliver well-resolved information
* Attend site meetings and contribute to successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience

* Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* CIAT membership or working towards chartership desirable
* Sufficient experience in a UK based practice
* Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
