Architectural Technician
Location: West Sussex
Salary: GBP32,000 to GBP36,000 DOE

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its contemporary and vibrant studio in West Sussex. Role & Responsibilities

* Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential and mixed-use schemes
* Prepare detailed drawing packages across a range of RIBA stages
* Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details
* Assist with building regulations submissions and technical compliance
* Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams to ensure well-resolved information
* Attend site meetings and contribute to successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience

* Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* CIAT membership or working towards chartership desirable
* At least 1 year of UK practice experience, ideally with residential projects
* Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive and team-oriented approach
