Job Title: Architectural Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice who off expert design services to the residential, retail, and healthcare sectors. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in their Harrogate offices.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Work on retail, residential, and healthcare projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
* Proficiency with Revit
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Experience working on projects across various sectors
* Healthcare sector experience is desirable
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
