Architectural Technician

Location: Hampshire

Salary: GBP30-36,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and coordinate detailed technical drawings and specifications.
* Collaborate with architects and senior staff to support project delivery from concept through completion.
* Communicate effectively with external consultants and contractors to overcome technical issues.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, and environmental regulations.
* Assist in delivering projects smoothly across a variety of sectors.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience within an architectural practice.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience desirable).
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
