This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice to the commercial, retail, education, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team in their Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
* Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong experience working on RIBA stages 4 and 5
* Experience working on projects across various sectors
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
