An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician / Technologist with 5 years of experience to join a well-established architectural practice delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions with a strong focus on residential and commercial projects.

As an Architectural Technician / Technologist, you will support the technical delivery of projects, producing robust construction information and coordinating designs from planning through to completion.

This full-time role offers hybrid working options, a salary range of £28,000 – £38,000 and benefits.

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit

* Coordinating technical design information across multiple project stages

* Preparing and submitting planning and building regulations applications

* Liaising with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to support smooth delivery

* Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, building safety standards and best practice

* Incorporating sustainable design principles into technical solutions

What We Are Looking For:

* Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Part 2 Architectural Assistant or in a similar role.

* Strong background of 5 years in UK residential design and construction, including new builds and conversions

* Member of CIAT (ACIAT, MCIAT) or RIBA

* Skilled in producing RIBA Stage 4 and 5 drawing packages

* Advanced Revit capability with a solid understanding of BIM processes

* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
