Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Canterbury
Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the South East’s Leading RIBA chartered practices who provide a wide range of design services to the residential, historic, commercial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Canterbury.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Strong experience working from RIBA stage 4 onwards
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
