Job Title: Architectural Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the residential, conservation, heritage, and leisure sectors. They are on the lookout for an Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team in Canterbury.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Deliver various residential projects from inception through to completion
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain client relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Degree within architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Strong experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
