Architectural Technician

Location: Windsor

Salary: GBP30-37,000

A well-established architectural practice in Windsor is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its growing team. With a strong reputation for design quality and technical excellence, the practice works across a wide range of sectors including residential, education, heritage and conservation, community, and leisure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative studio environment and gain exposure to projects from planning through to construction and completion.

Responsibilities:

* Preparing technical drawings and construction packages
* Supporting planning and building regulation submissions
* Coordinating design information with consultants and contractors
* Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards
* Producing detailed working drawings using CAD/BIM software
* Attending site visits when required

The Ideal Candidate:

* Has experience working in a UK architectural practice
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or BIM workflows is desirable
* Good understanding of current UK Building Regulations
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines
