The practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality architectural solutions, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for a variety of projects.
* Work closely with architects and other team members to ensure designs are technically accurate and feasible.
* Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards.
* Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and technical standards within the practice.
* At least several years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be preferred.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
