Daily Duties

* Contribute to or lead design stages from concept to completion
* Produce drawings, models and documentation using Revit
* Attend internal design reviews and client/consultant meetings
* Prepare planning, tender and construction packages
* Help manage project coordination and ensure compliance with UK regulations
* Support project delivery through all RIBA stages

Ideal Candidate

* Fully qualified Architect (newly qualified to senior level considered)
* Comfortable using Revit or eager to develop strong proficiency
* Strong design sensibility and technical understanding
* Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Lives within 45 minutes of Newark-on-Trent
* Happy to work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday
