As an OT Security Architect, you’ll ensure the security and integrity of our OT systems, which are essential for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both IT and OT environments and will be responsible for improving our overall security posture.

You will make an impact by…

• Innovation: develop and support enterprise cyber technology platform operations and maintenance of key OT security capabilities and services.

• Incident response: respond to IT/OT security events alerts and incidents, conducting investigations, and resolving issues.

• Continuous improvement: stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies. Continuously improve security measures and practices. Generate reports on the effectiveness of deployed OT technical capabilities.

• Troubleshooting: resolve escalated issues and incidents by performing moderately complex root cause analysis and developing and implementing solutions.

• Collaboration: serve as a business liaison under the guidance of lead OT Security Architect.

What you’ll need (Required):

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required + 6 years’ related information security experience, including working in a manufacturing/operational technology environment.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity principles.

• Certifications in related discipline (e.g., CEH, CISM, CISSP etc.)

• Experience implementing industry good practices (e.g., NIST, ISO2700x, SANS, ISA/IEC ) required.

• Experience drafting technical documentation and reviewing OT security architectures – under the guidance of OT lead Security Architect.

• Familiarity implementing and supporting enterprise network security platforms and capabilities (e.g., endpoint security, network security, identity and access management, data security, security monitoring tools)

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (i.e., English) and customer focused skills

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Ability to implement cyber processes and tools with strong focus on automation and Cloud first approach.

• Experience with an OT security threat monitoring platform (i.e., Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos etc.).

• Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 series of standards.

• Strong network security background.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strict attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
