An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over five decades of delivering high-quality, sustainable design across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for creating commercially intelligent, people-focused environments. Operating across architecture, urban design and masterplanning, it is particularly recognised for its expertise in mixed-use developments, retail, leisure, residential and workplace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead and contribute to projects across all RIBA stages
* Develop design concepts and detailed technical solutions
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and clients
* Prepare and manage drawing packages and specifications
* Attend meetings, site visits and support project delivery on site

Requirements

* Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent)
* Demonstrable UK project experience across multiple stages
* Strong design, technical and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills
