This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Norths leading RIBA chartered practices who offer a wide range of services to the commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their team in their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Architect:

* Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
* Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
* Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
* Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

Requirements for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered
* Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working across a range of sectors
* Excellent drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
