Responsibilities, Skills & Experience needed for the role Architect:

* ARB registered or working towards.
* Collaborate closely with the senior team members, providing support and taking instruction.
* Conduct site appraisals and review conceptual leads based on local plans and relevant planning policies.
* Lead or support the creative design process, translating client briefs into workable conceptual designs.
* Prepare and submit planning packages efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with clients, statutory authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and maintaining composure under pressure.
* Mentor junior team members and represent the practice professionally in external interactions.
* Proficiency in Sketchup Pro, Enscape/CGI Visual modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit or similar BIM software.
* Strong understanding of the UK planning applications and building regulations.
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
* A proactive, motivated, and professional approach, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
