Daily Duties
* Lead and contribute to design work across all RIBA stages from early concept through planning and technical delivery
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
* Produce strong visual design outputs and technical documentation, including layouts, drawings, and reports
* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to develop and refine proposals
* Coordinate technical design information, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and relevant codes
* Support business x2011;development activities, including contributing to positive practice profile and client engagement
* Collaborate within multi x2011;disciplinary teams, working alongside planners, ecologists, landscape designers, and other specialists
* Attend site visits and contribute to project delivery where required
Ideal Candidate
* ARB x2011;registered Architect with approximately several years post x2011;registration experience
* Experience or strong interest in master planning, residential layouts, or urban design
* Strong graphical skills for creating visualisations and high x2011;quality design documentation
* Good technical understanding and practical awareness of Building Regulations and technical design through project experience
* Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and SketchUp
* Vectorworks experience beneficial (training can be provided)
* Awareness of or experience in landscape design is a plus but not essential
* Able to commute to the Debyshire office (hybrid working available after 6 x2011;month probation)
* Eligible to work long x2011;term in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered)
* Interest in working primarily on projects through the planning stage, with occasional involvement in smaller technical/construction work
