Location: Essex

Salary: GBP30-38,000

A forward-thinking and rapidly growing architectural practice based in Essex is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Architect to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities

* Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
* Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning applications
* Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
* Coordinate information with external consultants and stakeholders
* Support the delivery of multiple projects concurrently
* Assist with project administration and general studio duties
* Represent the practice at networking and industry events as required

Candidate Requirements

* ARB registered
* Experience working in a UK based practice
* Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
* Experience working on UK residential projects
* Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, with familiarity in 3D software such as SketchUp or equivalent
* Good understanding of the UK planning process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
