Job Title: Architect
Ref: BM532
Location: Billericay
Salary: GBP34,000 – GBP40,000
This is a great opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who work on numerous high-profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect who is looking to progress to a Senior level to join their Billericay office.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to be ARB registered with strong post qualification experience. The successful will need experience across a broad range of sectors and be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit. Working experience with NBS software and would need to have worked across all RIBA stages

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
* RIBA Part 3 qualified
* ARB registered
* Experience working across the Education, Public Sector, Residential, Social Housing and, Healthcare sectors
* Experience working across all RIBA stages
* Proficient with Revit
* Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice
* BIM experience would be beneficial
* The ability to be able to produce specifications using NBS Software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong technical detailing skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Billericay
