With a specialised focus on the residential sector, they offer a varied portfolio of exciting projects in sector including hospitality, extra care, and community, as well as major housing complexes. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Architect to become an integral member of a thriving practice in Liverpool.

The successful Architect will have Post Part Three experience, a strong portfolio of residential projects and proficiency with AutoCAD, boasting creative designs and ideally project lead experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered
* 3- 4 years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
* Strong portfolio
* Proven experience working on residential projects small- large
* Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
* Attend and input to site meetings
* Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
* Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
* Strong technical ability
* Assist with managing a small team
* Job running experience
* Confident communicator both written and verbal
* Driven with professional development
* Live locally to Liverpool
* Keen to input to company growth and success
