About the Role:
As an Architect, you’ll take ownership of projects, managing day-to-day operations both in the office and on-site. You’ll be responsible for delivering architectural projects, leading contractors, and producing high-quality drawings. 

Key Responsibilities:

– Overseeing and delivering projects from concept to completion
– Leading contractors and ensuring project milestones are met
– Creating and managing technical drawings and documentation
– Managing delivery-focused aspects of architectural consultancy

What We’re Looking For:

– Strong experience across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on delivery (Stages 4 & 5)
– Extensive post-graduate experience
– Proficiency in Revit (essential)
– CIAT registration (desirable)
– We’re open to considering Part 2/3 Architects or Architectural Technologists, provided you’re delivery-focused

Start Date: December 2024 or January 2025
