You will have previous experience in a similar role in an FE college or large training organisation, delivering a wide range of apprenticeships, with a proven track record of achieving sustainable growth and securing sustained improvements.You will have strong commercial awareness and experience in customer relationship management, a positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities and an understanding of funding and compliance.You will play a crucial leadership role in the evolution of apprenticeships and workplace training, the continual improvement in teaching, learning and assessment and the professional development of our staff to raise the achievements of our students.
