This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future workforce by delivering high-quality, impactful training in Leadership, Management & Lifestyle.What You’ll Do:
- Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions for apprentices in AAT/Finance and Business Administration managing a caseload of learners and guiding them to successful End Point Assessment.
- Develop, adapt, and implement engaging training materials and conduct progress reviews, tailoring your approach to each apprentice’s needs to maximise learning outcomes.
- Conduct initial assessments and agree on Individual Training Plans (ITPs) with apprentices and their employers to establish clear training paths, incorporating on-the-job skills progression.
- Provide effective feedback and regular progress updates to both apprentices and employers, supporting their journey from initial assessments to completion.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the curriculum, monitoring enrolment and success rates, and participating in recruitment activities like open days and exhibitions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualifications and experience in assessing and mentoring within AAT/Finance and Business Admin sectors.
- A passion for supporting learners’ success through high-quality training and assessment.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to motivate apprentices in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching and learning practices, with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
