THE TEAM

  • An international team (more than 30 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic, marketing, communication, data, operations, etc.
  • Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris / Montréal, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
  • Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary), Bank and Finance (BNP Paribas, CIC…), etc.

THE ROLE

Our Communication Department is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s global communication strategy across our different audiences to support our growth and objectives. Our mission is to build and promote our brand, strengthen our notoriety and reputation as well as foster ARCHIMED’s unique culture. As we continue to expand, our Communication Department is seeking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our team.

 

THE MISSION

Assist the Communication team to develop and implement external and internal communications projects globally.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Continuously collaborate and assist the Communications team members to:

  • Contribute to the production of communication materials for external and internal communication purposes (e.g., videos, leaflets, kakemonos, guides, podcasts…)
  • Update and enhance the company website
  • Write and update content for the intranet site
  • Assist in organizing both external and internal company events
  • Manage inventory for marketing documentation and goodies  

Requirements

  • (Ongoing) studies for Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Advertising and PR, Communication, Journalism or related fields and the availability to work for us in a part-time model that is aligned with your university schedule
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an exceptional eye for details
  • Digital proficiency and proven experience with AI tools (Chat GPT, Dall-E…) MS Office Suite, design software (Photoshop, Illustrator…) and CMS
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with aptitude for managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced work environment with autonomy
  • Creative, agile, autonomous, and proactive nature with a real “can do” attitude
  • Team player, enthusiastic with an open mind for advice and suggestions
