Apprenticeship : HR Data Analyst – F/H

In concrete terms, you will be required to: 

 

• Support the HRBP team and operational managers: Assist our HR professionals in managing and updating our HR database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
• Optimize user experience: Analyze user pain points and collaborate with our internal team to propose and implement optimal solutions.
• Improve HR processes: Work closely with our team to identify, resolve and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring increased efficiency.
• Support the steering of the HRBP dashboard: Assist the HRBP manager in monitoring and analyzing KPIs, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Participate in HR projects: Depending on your interests, skills and the needs of the company, you will have the opportunity to get involved in various challenging and rewarding HR projects.

Profile:

• Education: Bac + 4/5 in Human Resources
• Appetites for HRIS and C&B
• Qualities required: rigor, organization, strength of proposal, curiosity
• Languages: French, Professional English

 

 

Desired duration:  12 months
