What does the People and Culture Business Partner (PCBP) team in Nice

The PCBPs are trusted advisors who understand our people needs and business challenges, and who provide tailored solutions and recommendations to employees and managers. We make sure day-to-day P&C operations are running smoothly and ensure roll-out of the P&C programs within our different business areas. To achieve this, we work closely with our P&C colleagues who handle Talent Acquisition, Job Definitions & Career paths, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Legal, Internal mobility, Communication/events…

Summary of the activities:

By joining our team, you will learn from experienced PCBP and develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to transversal People &Culture projects while supporting the team daily activities.

During this experience you will be involved on project and activities such as:

  • Fostering employee’s life cycle experience
  • Orchestrating internal mobility process helping employee moving to different roles within the organization
  • Developing leadership skills within our manager population
  • Assisting internal HR IT processes in Workday

The ideal candidate:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, you have a good level of verbal and written English (we are an international company, and our business environment is English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday is a plus
  • Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience.
  • Interest for process improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to act a confidential manner, being trustworthy and reliable
