Apprentice –

Information Communications Technician
Level 3

Fixed term contract for 22 months

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

Starting salary year 1:  £13,977

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information Communication

nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

This is the first step in a scheme that can extend as far along your professional journey towards being a qualified Technology Service Desk Administrator.
Our organisation is committed to providing you with the time and support to complete your apprenticeship alongside the training provider.

 

What will you do?

You will be working as part of the Technology Service Desk, with placements across the technology department to gain a good understanding of all Technology aspects and lifecycle. As part of your job role, you will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

 

What skills and abilities do I need to have?

and have a willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.

On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are;

-A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, or the equivalent including Maths and English

nowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-A keen interest in technology and any background skills would be advantageous
