To support our growth, we are offering multiple opportunities for professional development in Merchant Acquiring to ambitious and highly motivated individuals, with already existing relevant experience, under the following areas of responsibility:
- Corporate Clients Sales
- Customer Advisory and Implementation
- Business Development and Schemes Management
- eCommerce and POS Management
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to the continuous growth of Merchant Acquiring in UniCredit Bank Austria, in line with the innovation and technological trends within the cards industry, and in parallel to the evolution of the Bank’s Card Issuing customer offer
- Support the sales, management and development of Merchant Acquiring products and services, ensuring optimisation of investments, seeking product and process simplification, and looking for opportunities to maximise synergies and cross-selling
- Conduct market intelligence, understand and analyse market trends, assess competitor value propositions and customer behaviours and propose actions to enhance the Bank’s product and service offering and improve customer experience through the delivery of flexible and scalable digital solutions
- Manage the relationships with Schemes and Acquiring Partners
What you’ll need to succeed
- Understanding of the payments and cards industry way of working, of the relevant technologies and trends, of the market and the competitive landscape
- Prior acquiring experience, particularly in relation to corporate customers, including strong foundation in related business topics, product and process management
- Ability to translate complex customer needs across the merchant acquiring landscape (i.e. pricing, technical requirements, business and regulatory reporting, etc.)
- Proven track record in customer and partner centricity, advisory, onboarding and servicing
- Strong commitment, high degree of personal and professional integrity, proactivity, flexibility, efficiency, and execution discipline
- Proficiency in both English and German (CEFR Levels C1 / C2)
