• attrarre e ricercare i profili dei candidati nel mercato del lavoro con profili in linea alle posizioni offerte
• prendersi cura di tutto l’iter di selezione per le assunzioni della banca in Italia

Cosa farai

Il candidato affiancherà i colleghi della struttura People Attraction & Recruitment Italy nelle loro attività, in particolare:

• supporto alle attività di screening dei Curriculum Vite dei candidati all’assunzione;
• supporto nella preparazione e organizzazione delle prove di selezione
• affiancamento nella redazione dei profili di selezione

Cosa ti occorre

• essere studente universitario o aver conseguito di recente una laurea triennale o specialistica con focus nell’ambito della gestione delle Risorse Umane
• propensione per il rapporto interpersonale e buona capacità di comunicazione
• buona conoscenza di Excell e Power Point
• avere buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiano madrelingua
