La funzione People & Culture è responsabile di guidare la trasformazione culturale del Gruppo e nell”ambito della funzione, in Italia, la struttura People Attraction & Recruitment Italy ha gli obiettivi di:
- attrarre e ricercare i profili dei candidati nel mercato del lavoro con profili in linea alle posizioni offerte
- prendersi cura di tutto l’iter di selezione per le assunzioni della banca in Italia

Cosa farai
Il candidato affiancherà i colleghi della struttura People Attraction & Recruitment Italy nelle loro attività, in particolare:
- supporto alle attività di screening dei Curriculum Vite dei candidati all’assunzione;
- supporto nella preparazione e organizzazione delle prove di selezione
- affiancamento nella redazione dei profili di selezione
Cosa ti occorre
- essere studente universitario o aver conseguito di recente una laurea triennale o specialistica con focus nell’ambito della gestione delle Risorse Umane
- propensione per il rapporto interpersonale e buona capacità di comunicazione
- buona conoscenza di Excell e Power Point
- avere buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiano madrelingua
