We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Application Support Team managing our children’s Social Care system called Mosaic. This is a unique and fantastic opportunity to contribute to the Mosaic system, whilst passing on your in-depth knowledge to your Application support colleagues. Your specialist skill set will enable you to develop and support the application.

Joining the Application Support Team, you will be helping to support a wide range of complex applications used across Hampshire County Council, with a focus on Social Care system. We are currently undertaking a major systems migration to new cloud hosted Social Care applications.

The successful candidate will be positive and enthusiastic with a flexible attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be working in a dynamic environment supporting business critical applications. You will have a background of working in IT, supporting and configuring business applications, any knowledge of Local Authority business processes is an advantage.

You will have effective problem solving skills to manage and resolve complex support incidents. You will be willing to take the initiative and responsibility for leading work streams. You will be responsible for planning your own and others’ workloads and prioritising tasks. You will co-ordinate system upgrades, ensuring our applications are compliant and secure. You will have experience of functional, system and acceptance testing and working with users to develop and understand business requirements.
