Application Support Analyst – Bristol (once a month in office) – GBP50,000 – GBP60,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a leading professional services organization during a period of growth. This role will involve assisting with various transformation projects as well as managing the BAU of their SQL estate. You’ll be joining a talented applications team, focusing on SQL-based applications and contributing to key company projects.

Key Responsibilities for the Application Support Analyst:

* Building, administering, and maintaining solutions in line with requirements and internal policies.
* Mentoring junior team members on best practices.
* Working closely with team leaders and senior management on departmental operations.
* Collaborating with internal teams to implement continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience of the Application Support Analyst:

* Strong experience managing SQL based applications.
* Proficiency with SQL Server 2016 – 2022.
* Solid experience with SQL Database Administration.
* Knowledge of T-SQL query writing and optimization.
* Experience with SSRS and SSIS.

Desirable Experience of the Application Support Analyst:

* Experience within professional services (legal, insurance, accountancy, banking).
* Experience supporting Practice Management Systems (PMS).
