This organization plays an essential role when it comes to reaching the business goals of Demant.In your daily work, you will be the one translating the business document output needs into IT requirements and solutions. This means that you will be discovering possible gaps and eventually recommend solutions that enable our organization to achieve its goals. This is all done to streamline our business processes as part of our digital business transformation. Furthermore, you will play an important role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations globally. Here you will be working together with your colleagues and our vendors and ensuring that our future solution meets business requirements.Your role will be to improve our existing Document Output setup. You will be coordinating and delivering on document printing tasks and requests. Your key tasks in the role to:

  • Specify, design and configure/model (low-code) document prints
  • Align document print across business entities using agreed framework and design rules
  • Verify configurations and business logic to ensure correct design and data on all prints
  • Further develop our Output Management Framework to ensure it supports our global roll-out going forward
  • Responsible for documentation of solutions
  • Participate in all IT project phases from requirement specification over implementation to hand-over to IT operations
  • Handle requests, make sure (regression) tests are performed and coordinate releases
  • Act as application specialist in a Central Center of Excellence
  • Spar with IT Application Leads, Architects, Consultants, Business process owners, and users
  • Utilize server and network skills to troubleshoot issues related to document output and network printers

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Output Management Frameworks
  • Experience in conducting regression tests and coordinating software releases
  • Ability to document solutions clearly and comprehensively
  • Experience troubleshooting and configuring distributed application setup
  • Knowledge of global IT project management
  • Microsoft Office super user

As our new Application Specialist, you will be part of a department with 16 colleagues. They work in sub-teams that design, deliver and support integration, RPA, and printing solutions across Demant. You will have daily contact with team colleagues and peers in other IT teams and business functions.You will probably have a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or economics or similar. You have hands-on experience with at least one ERP solution from a business or IT department, where you have worked with IT solutions in a large international company, maybe in a retail, wholesale, or manufacturing industry. Most likely, you to have experience with low-code development, SQL databases, as well as printing solutions, e.g. Lasernet, but this is not a requirement. Maybe you are already an IT Application Specialist, IT Consultant/Supporter, or an IT Superuser looking for new opportunities.
