We are looking for a new colleague who will be working as an Application Specialist in our Global Integration, Print & RPA team in Szczecin. In your new team you will work together with 16 IT specialist based in Poland and Denmark.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will play a vital role in supporting various parts of the business with printing solutions.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Independent work and cooperations on multiple projects with key stakeholders, meeting deadlines.
- Participate in project activities contributing with business knowledge and application insights.
- Act as the change ambassador when working with system enhancements coming either from epics/strategic projects or features requests.
- Provide services as needed and agreed with the business.
- Be third level support when being prompted by our Support Team.
- Investigate issues that lead to bug fixing or new functionalities.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness
It would be great if you:
- Have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, IT or similar,
- You have been supporting and/or implementing one or multiple IT applications in a mid-size or large company either from business or IT side.
- You have experience analyzing and documenting business processes
- Are Structured with quality oriented approach
- Have Outgoing personality (train colleagues) and Like supporting and helping colleagues
- Are tech savvy
- Know software programming concepts and exposure to programming language, e.g., JavaScript, C#, JSON, or Python
- Know Relational databases e.g., Microsoft SQL
- Know Microsoft Office (superuser level)
Preferred IT knowledge:
- Printing applications e.g. Loftware Spectrum, Nicelabel, Codesoft, Lasernet etc.
- Creating and interpreting data flow diagrams (DFD)
- Workflow documentation tools, e.g., Microsoft Visio
- Webservices and related XML, SOAP, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML
- Project management tools e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira
- Agile development processes, e.g., SCRUM
