Are you eager to grow your skills in a thriving, diverse environment?Then this role might be for you.What you’ll be doingAs an Application Security Testing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of all aspects of application security testing within Carlsberg. You will direct a team of security professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities in our applications.Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive application security testing strategy and process aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintained a team of security testers (internal and external), providing guidance and support in conducting effective security assessments
  • Testing Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution & planning of application security tests, including static analysis, dynamic analysis, penetration testing, and code review, across various development functions
  • Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate security testing tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to integrate the security testing process into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in application security testing, with a focus on maintaining and leading security testing teams
  • Deep understanding of common application security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques
  • Good knowledge of the following technologies: SAST,DAST, Container Security, open-source libraries security(application) vulnerability management, WAF and cloud-based application security
  • Ideally a solid development background
  • Stakeholder management and People management capability
