You’ll act as a bridge between technical experts and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective decision-making.? Key Responsibilities:Initiate projects to upgrade and enhance application stabilityBuild trust with stakeholders through your operational leadershipGather and align business and technical expectationsPrioritize application modifications in collaboration with technical experts and Application OwnersManage relationships with internal and external partners, including budget and SLAsEnsure application stability, availability, and performance in compliance with legal, security, and regulatory requirementsImplement proactive monitoring to prevent incidentsIdentify root causes of issues through thorough investigationsServe as a problem manager, providing solutions as neededRegularly share project plans and action statuses with stakeholders? Profile:Bachelor’s degree in IT with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, or equivalent professional experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCritical and pragmatic mindsetExcellent listening and empathy skillsCreativity in finding technical solutionsConvincing communication abilities with all levels of stakeholdersProficiency in French/Dutch (oral/written) and good command of English (oral/written)?
