About the Role

Our client is a medium sized business who specialise in Housing.

We are looking for an Applications Lead who has experience working with Orchard Housing Management Systems.

This company is based in Liverpool however the role will be hybrid with the expectation of coming into the office twice a week.

 

Skills Required

– Excellent communication skills
– Strong experience leading and supporting business applications, ideally within the housing sector
– Hands-on knowledge of Orchard Housing Management System
– Proven ability to manage system upgrades, integrations, and performance
– Skilled in stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into technical solutions
– Familiar with SQL databases and Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform)
– Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
– Experience in vendor and third-party management
