Role Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field presents you with an opportunity your academic knowledge.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience provides you with a platform to excel in customer support or success, emphasising technical troubleshooting and relationship management.
* Strong technical knowledge in Linux systems and Python equips you with the skills necessary for effective troubleshooting, server management, automation, and scripting in a fast-paced AI/SaaS environment.
