Job description

We currently have a vacancy for an Application Architect (Java) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks

• Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
• Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
• Production of software architecture documents;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
• Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components;
• Production of use case models, software architecture documents, design and analysis models, implementation models.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 12 years of relevant working experience;
• More than 5 years of experience with Java;
• More than 5 years of experience with BPMN;
• More than 5 years of experience with Agile;
• Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
• Good knowledge of applications design;
• Good knowledge of modelling tools;
• Good knowledge of Relational DBMS;
• Good knowledge of business process analysis;
• Good knowledge of J2EE development;
• Good knowledge of workflows design and development;
• Good knowledge of UI framework such as Angular;
• Knowledge of interoperability technology (SOA);
• Proven experience in complex UI interface development;
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design;
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is required;
• Excellent command of the English language.
