• Processing of accounts receivable incl. collections and reconciliation/booking of payments received
• Support during period end closing
• Preparation and execution of payment run/manual payments
• Account assignment and posting of accounts payable
• Control and booking of credit card statement
• Travel Expenses
• Filing
• Bank account reconciliation and direct posting of bank account statements
• Support finance projects

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of German and English is required
• Good MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of German law/ German accounting standard is a plus
• Carefully, exact and reliable person
• Needs to follow up on tasks proactively
• Independent worker but also a team player

• Employment contract
• Hybrid/Remote work from Warsaw
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00/ 9:00-17:00
