Job Description & SummaryFinance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.We are looking for:
AccountantYour future role:

• Processing all transactions and documents related to the assigned accounting process for the assigned geographical area and countries in line with the effective work procedures,
• Invoice processing, verifying invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders and invoices coding,
• Organizing and prioritizing invoices to pay, resolving discrepancies,
• Managing payments and expenses for a company and suppliers,
• Monitoring accounts and outgoings, verifying unusual expenses,
• Reconciling payable reports, providing forecastingActively communicating and cooperating within the accounting team to solve specific situations and customer requests,
• Complying with and work towards achieving quantity and quality indicators – SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics,
• Identifying/proposing potential process improvements and cooperate in lean actions,
• Onboarding of new peers into the team’s processes and procedures.

Apply if you have:

• Higher Education – University Degree (degree in accounting, finance, economics as an asset),
• 2 – 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable area,
• Fluency in English and one of the other European languages (f.ex. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese),
• Extensive analytical and computer skills (Excel on advanced level),
• Experience in working with accounting software,
• Experience in the implementation of new customer service.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in working in SSC,
• ACCA or any other accounting certificate started.
