Job Title Analytics Service Readiness SpecialistSummary:Join our team as an Analytics Service Readiness Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in guiding the design and transition of services, ensuring seamless implementation and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support the successful delivery of Business Analytics Services.In this role you will:

• Establish service definitions, support models, and governance frameworks aligned with internal IT strategy.
• Design and document monitoring, maintenance, and reporting mechanisms for services and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Service Design & Transition process within delivery teams.
• Act as a gatekeeper function to ensure effective Transfer to Operations in compliance with Service Readiness Process.
• Provide fully documented services aligned with Service Operations service management principles.
• Lead Service Design Assessments, Support Plans, and Service Acceptance Criteria.
• Make sure that services are smoothly handed over to the BAU (Business As Usual) teams from design and delivery to the actual launch.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, contributing to risk management plans as needed.
• Assist, guide, and support team members in service management processes.
• Actively participate in SAFe agile ceremonies to increase team engagement.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Good understanding of change management principles.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in service design and transition roles.
• Proficiency in SAP ecosystem, visualization tools (QlikSense, PowerBI), and Data Management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, ServiceNow, and ITSM tools/frameworks (including ITIL v4).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, SAFe certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with French or Spanish proficiency being advantageous.
