We embrace agility, take ownership of our work, and continuously challenge the status quo.As an Analytics Engineer, you are pivotal in connecting data engineering and business teams. You leverage the foundational work of data engineers to convert raw data into actionable insights for business applications, such as BI reporting. You thrive in a data warehousing environment and effectively collaborate with business units to understand and fulfill their data needs.Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to pinpoint and articulate their data requirements.
• Serve as a data ambassador, establishing a professional network and identifying new data-driven opportunities to support business objectives.
• Develop and present clear business cases to prioritize initiatives, requiring you to bridge technical and non-technical domains effectively.

• First experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Skilled in data modeling techniques, particularly the star schema.
• Experienced in SQL and DBT.
• Strategic thinker with a keen ability to see how data can shape business strategies.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• A strong passion for data and its potential to impact positively.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Python.
