Do you want to be part of the exciting FUJIFILM journey to become the biggest CDMO in Europe and are you a technically skilled analytical manager within analytical methods used for antibodies? If you are interested in working in an international company with strong ambitions and great teamwork, then maybe you are our new Manager.We are expanding our large-scale facility to encompass 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for Drug Substance (DS) production. We are well in progress of building our first Filling Facility in Denmark. TheAnalytical Development (AD) department has also experienced growth, and our Chemistry team needs to be divided into two teams, each with 8 highly skilled, dedicated, gender and nationality diverse colleagues (chemists and technicians). Hence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager join this new Chemistry team and take active participation in the AD management team consisting of Chemistry, Bioassay, Project Management, and Raw Materials team. In this role you will ensure that methods are implemented in a timely manner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end transfer activities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.Key responsibilities:

  • Lead for the Future by driving method transfer strategies that align with future goals that ensure timely implementing of method in Quality Control laboratories. Additionally, identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to stay ahead in the industry. On a professional level

  • You have a proven track record of leadership experience (preferably +5 years)
  • You hold a Master of Science within Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, or Biology
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with U/HPLC, CE-SDS, and icIEF is an advantage
