RESPONSIBILITY AND AREAS OF WORKYou will be part of the Human Rights, Resources and Results department which performs cross-cutting functions related to our international work, e.g. digital learning, monitoring and evaluation, compliance and fundraising. Your main task will be to support the development of our digital learning resources and support the monitoring of our international programmes. You will also assist the wider department and the Department Director with tasks related to administration and information management.You work tasks will include:

  • Support the layout, formatting, and updates of our Learning Hub, an online universe of learning materials, and other digital learning resources.
  • Support our training activities in relation to, for example, administration of our digital platforms; website analytics and reporting; documentation of learning effects.
  • Support the monitoring of our international programmes in relation to, for example, the quality check of reported outcomes/results; the validation of reported results; the quantitative and qualitative analysis of reported results. We use the so-called Outcome Harvesting methodology.
  • Assist in the management of information in the department.
  • Facilitation of internal and external meetings.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks across the department.

There might also be other ad hoc tasks which will be agreed upon with the candidate and adjusted depending on needs and on the profile of the right candidate.QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a student at university level.
  • You are comfortable switching between the mentioned work areas.
  • You work proactively – also when it comes to asking for help and clarification.
  • You are analytical, have an eye for planning and details, and you put an effort into ensuring that for example data, information and layout is correct.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As we are a department that provides both in-house and project support, you should expect to have contact with different stakeholders inside and outside the Institute.Previous experience with digital platforms (e.g. content management systems or similar) and tools like PowerBI is an advantage.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTSalary is set in accordance with the Danish Ministry of Finance’s agreement with The Union of Commercial and Clerical Employees in Denmark (HK).The position is 15 hours/week on average and based in Copenhagen.APPLICATION DEADLINEPlease submit your application and CV no later than 9th of August, 2024.CONTACTIf you have questions for the position, please contact Claus Larsen, by 26th of July at the latest (due to vacation period).
