AfdelingDe kwaliteitsafdeling in Bergen op Zoom bestaat uit 47 FTE en is verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontrole (QC) en kwaliteitsborging ( QA) voor de Bergen op Zoom Site. De kwaliteitsafdeling is recent gecentraliseerd (2022) en deze nieuwe start zorgt ervoor dat we de processen kunnen optimaliseren en verbeteringen kunnen implementeren op site.De verantwoordelijkheid van de afdeling ligt in het optimaliseren van kwaliteitscontrole, kalibreren van apparatuur en meehelpen in oplossingen voor afwijkende situaties in kwaliteit. Voor de laboratoria zijn we opzoek naar een enthousiaste analist,labInhoud en verantwoordelijkheden

• Zorgdragen technische ondersteuning van het chemisch en compounding lab.
• Optimalisatie van methodes en werkinstructies en definiëren van meetnauwkeurigheid (GR&R, MSA)
• Verzorgen en organiseren van vakgerichte training voor de technicians in de laboratoria.
• Opstellen en aftoetsen van leer arrangementen binnen de quality afdeling
• Ondersteunen bij het onderhoud van lab apparatuur (back up, consulteren)
• Het maken van een meer jaren onderhoud/vervangingsplan voor lab apparatuur en dit ook uitvoeren
• Documentatie van procedures en werkinstructies

Vereisten

• HBO werk en denk niveau
• 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen QA lab,
• Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen
• Kennis productieprocessen en kwaliteitstandaarden

• Accuraat en verantwoordelijk
• Analytisch denkvermogen
• Collegiale, positieve, enthousiaste instelling
• Denken in oplossingen
• Voorkeuren:

• Goede beheersing en kennis van statistiek.
• Ervaring met een LIMS systeem
• Ervaring met een chromatografiedatasysteem bij voorkeur Openlab
