The Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance and oversight of the knowledge development and management processes carried out by the Standards & Guidance team, the technical team that supports the Second-Party Opinion (SPO) services provided by Morningstar Sustainalytics’ Sustainable Fixed Income (SFI) team.Key aspects of this role will include collaboration with team members to ensure that our SPO methodology and guidance is well managed and updated in a systematic and timely manner, identification of gaps and solutions in knowledge management processes, and the management of projects across different teams and stakeholders. While the Analyst’s primary focus will be on processes and tools, the role also requires strong familiarity with and contribution to the content of our SPO methodology and guidance.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining and continuously improving knowledge management processes within the Standards & Guidance team.Support in identifying process gaps, quality issues and solutions to improve knowledge governance.Maintain close contact with content leaders to ensure that content in methodology and guidance is up to date.Develop sustainability knowledge and expertise across a variety of themes and sectors.Act as a key connection between the Standards & Guidance team and the SFI Operations team.Track process and progress updates and ensure that team members are educated about changes.Develop knowledge in sustainable debt financing, including current and emerging trends, issues, drivers, risks and opportunities, key players, best practices, the regulatory landscape, etc.Liaise with and develop relationships with colleagues across global teams and offices.Qualifications:Passion for sustainability and interest in sustainable finance.A Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in finance, business, sustainability or related field.Excellent project and process management skills. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and/or processes is considered an asset.Experience in working with Asana or other project management software is preferred.Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detail, able to follow processes meticulously.Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.Excellent English oral and writing skills;Alignment with Morningstar Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values.B99_MstarHollandBV Morningstar Holland BV Legal EntityMorningstar’s hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week.
