Historical analysis of the impact of drought in the Po River Delta, preparation of experimental plots in the farms in the Po Delta, monitoring the saltwater intrusion and the effects of drought and salinity on crops. The use of GIS and remote sensing is foreseen for the spatial analysis of the environmental variables
