We are seeking a talented and experienced Analysis Lead with experience of large-scale migrations to join our Group Transformation and Change team.

As Analysis Lead, you will take ownership for shaping the bigger picture through to delivering detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the migration projects to the agreed timescales and quality.

With your in-depth understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making.

About the role

-Analysis of large, complex change initiatives.
-Experience of assessing existing data systems and understanding data structures.
-Map data elements between source and target systems, performing data cleansing, formatting, and transformation to ensure compatibility and accuracy in the new environment.
-Establish the quality of the data and build in necessary staging to improve the data in the ETL process.
-Support with thorough testing of migrated data to verify accuracy and integrity.
-Address and resolve any discrepancies or errors encountered during migration.
-Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate and effective solutions.
-Create detailed documentation including project plans, business requirements, and user stories.
-Conducts advanced modelling activities.
-Provide guidance to Analysts.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to anticipate business needs and identify potential risks and propose innovative solutions.
 

About you

-Previous experience of working on at least one back book migration, ideally in Protection.
-Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
-Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles.
-Proficient interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
-Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
-In depth knowledge and understanding of your specialism.
